Mi amigo, Señor Scott Lewis, left for Guatemala without saying adiós to all his loyal readers. So I'm saying it for him.

SLOP will return next week with all the commentary, wit and analysis you would expect from a well-vacationed writer. Hasta Pronto.

Sounds like the Voice will be a little muted for a few days, for that very special wedding. Congratulations go to Andrew Donohue and his bride. Everyone please have a great time and come back safely. And thanks for the update, Sam.

How about Peters saying he's over bashing Mike? Yeah, right! Ok people of San Diego let's hold Peters to his word and see if he can keep it. If he can't, then that means Goldsmith picked a lier to support him. If Peter starts his bashing, Goldsmith should ask Peters to remove his endorsement because he doesn't want to be associated with a man that has no dignity and can't keep his word. It's time for accountability in San Diego...a word so many don't know or care to know the meaning of. Anyone, got debris they need hauled? There's some great contractors from Santa Maria and Watsonville our city hired! What would Goldstone do about them? Better yet, what does Peters think we should do?
